ROLE: WEB BUSINESS ANALYST Principal Responsibilities:
Be connection point between IT and business Define the business problem and analytical approach Capture, collect, describe complex business requirements and facilitate workshops for interviewing key-users and business process owners during order clarification phases Prepare presentations and documentation as required Supports teams to develop the right content and journeys Collection, analysis and systematization of requirements, decomposition of projects and tasks in Jira, prioritization of tasks in accordance with the plan Formation, together with the team and the customer, of the general architecture and concept of web products, its description in the form of diagrams, articles in the Wiki, tracking and defending the compliance of the product with the previously agreed concept Advising employees during user testing, helping support specialists in product support, advising programmers in evaluating tasks and developing Updating the documentation of web products, writing test cases
Key Competencies & Qualifications:
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization Ability to work individually or in a team environment, preferably having experience working in Agile teams as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Manager Upper-Intermediate+ level of English Strong problem solving and analytical skills Analytical experience in an international IB/consultancy/audit is an advantage Experience in financial systems development is a plus Front office, Back Office, CRM, Risk or Compliance knowledge is a plus Collaboration tools skills Ability to work in a global (multi-entity) company Familiar with Agile SQL, Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio
