The Tax and Legal Services practice of PwC Moscow is looking for a Senior Consultant in its rapidly growing dedicated Mergers & Acquisitions group.Job profile:
Advising major Russian and foreign companies and investment funds on tax matters related to M&A transactions and structuring of investments; Participation in tax due diligence and deal structuring projects; Advising clients on tax aspects of share purchase agreements (SPA) working on buy side or sell side; Tax analysis of acquisition targets in a broad range of industries including FMCG, retail, subsoil users, machinery, transportation, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, agriculture, etc.; Tax analysis of post deal integration from a tax standpoint.
Successful candidate profile:
3-6 years of professional tax experience; Excellent analytical skills; Ability to travel around Russia and abroad; English language: both verbal and written; Extensive computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point); Ability to adapt to an intensive work environment; Ability to work in a team; Sense of humour.
