- The role of branch director is to lead the Sales and Logistics teams of the distribution center to drive sales growth and retain leadership position of Royal Canin brand in the specialized distribution channels (SPT retail, Vet clinics and Breeders). Branch director ensures the most efficient use of resources monitoring and optimizing business processes of the distribution center that lead to profitable growth.


- Make a major contribution to development of RC business in specialized channels (SPT retail, Vet clinics and Breeders) in a defined area by leading dedicated sales teams.
- Deploy and implement in the fields the corporate strategy, standards and promo-plans for each distribution channel.
- Build productive collaborative relationships with regional key accounts and deliver joint growth targets over time.
- Develop and execute budget of a distribution center ensuring the most lean & efficient use of available resources to deliver on growth, profitability and working capital targets.
- Control the performance and identify areas for improvement in the warehousing and transport logistics functions of the DC.
- Monitor and optimize business processes at the DC level to ensure compliance with company standards and maximize the workflow efficiency.
- Manage a high performing team of branch sales and logistics managers to drive engagement and deliver business objectives.
- Contribute to elaboration and execution of division development strategy. It might include assessment of current distribution effectiveness, new geography opportunities etc.
- Actively collaborate with central functions and participate in significant number of country projects to create a maximum value for the business (i.e. CRM, QFS).


- University degree
- Relevant functional experience (min 5 years) in international FMCG company
- People management experience
- Strong sales background in highly competitive environment
- Advanced analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- English – intermediate
