Requirement:


- Relevant job experience in proactive B2B sales
- Higher education – preferably financial/economics
- English (at least ability to write/read financial English)
- Knowledge of financial analysis technics is a plus


Responsibility:


- Proactive search for the new customers / expansion & monitoring of the customer base / increasing of the efficiency of the customer business
- Overall responsibility for profit maximization within assigned customer segment;
- P&L responsibility for the assigned customer segment ;
- Participation in the budgeting process / control over the budget execution and accomplishment of targets / cost controlling / reporting;
- Selling of the full spectrum of banking products;
- Special focus on selling of credit/risk-bearing products:
- primary assessment of the creditworthiness
- structuring of the credit product
- preparation and negotiation of the product offer
- agreement on the pricing
- participation in the preparation of the credit request
- carrying the deal through the approval process (risk management and credit committee)
- ensuring smooth drawdown and monitoring throughout the loan life-time


- Maintaining relationship with the existing clients
- Complaint management


Main targets:


- Number of clients / new clients / revenues per client Revenues (interest income + fees) from the assigned segment
- Loan portfolio
- Customer satisfaction (measured annually by an independent company)
