Job description:
CE Business Manager contributes to CE commercial strategy, development and implementation by developing business relations with Key Accounts, negotiating new deals, coordinating sales process and involving all the related corporate functions. Contributes to the achievement of CE business targets in terms of sales volumes and commercial margin.

Principal Accountabilities:

- Participates in strategy development and planning of operational activity, develops thesis, definition and, contact and communication procedures with Key Accounts. Sets up the list of Key Accounts, regularly reviews the list subject to its expansion and/or renewal, secures and governs continuous contacts with Key Accounts activities.
- Co-ordinates sales of CNH construction machines to the most important Key Accounts. Carries out responsibility for the entire process of direct sales from the first contact to preparation and conclusion of contracts, from first delivery to regular sales to Key Accounts.
- Co-operates with all the corporate functions that are involved in the sales process.
- Bears responsibility for enhancing relationship with the dealers in the key regions. Attends key regions regularly.
- Solves channel conflicts in the process of preparation of big deals. Settles relationship between all parties of the deal for the ‘win-win’ strategy.
- Searches, processes and analyzes information related to actual trends and events in the market. Arranges and supports confidential business communication with dealers, federal and local government representatives, and with all other authorities that could provide key information.

Job requirements:

- Higher degree in technical engineering or business related discipline (Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration);
- At least 3 years’ experience in sales of CE vehicles;
- Good knowledge of CNH product portfolio;
- Fluent English and Russian skills;
- Experience in key account management and ability to achieve business results;
- Advanced sales and negotiation skill;
- Ability to work in a large company and operate well with the team at all management levels;
- Self-organized, result-driven;
- High level of flexibility (seasonal peaks, broad time zones in regard with the working hours of the Headquarters, regular business trips as per business needs).
